Albanese calls on Inner West residents to check electoral details

Federal Member for Grayndler, the Hon Anthony Albanese MP, is today calling on all residents of the Inner West to log onto the Australian Electoral Commission’s (AEC) website and check that their electoral enrolments are up to date.
‘With this year being a Federal Election Year, it is important for everyone to log onto the AEC website now and ensure that their electoral details are correct, to ensure that their voice is heard at election time.’
Due to higher densities of renters and university students in the Inner West, the electorate of Grayndler experiences a voter turnover of, on average, 25% between elections.
‘Checking your enrolment details is quick and easy. If you need to update your details, then you can also do that online.’
